3. No Client Relationship Through Website Use
Using the website, submitting a form, downloading a resource, using the Coherence Gap GPT, subscribing to an email list, or booking an introductory call does not automatically create a consultant-client, coach-client, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship.
A client relationship is created only when we and the client enter into a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other engagement document.
If a separate written agreement applies to a service, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
4. Educational and Professional Disclaimer
The website and free resources are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, psychological, clinical, or therapeutic advice.
You are responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals regarding your individual circumstances.
Business strategy, marketing, technology, leadership, and organizational decisions involve uncertainty. We do not guarantee that any strategy, recommendation, tool, assessment, framework, or service will produce a particular result.
5. Health, Wellness, and Coaching Disclaimer
Some content and services may discuss stress, resilience, nervous-system regulation, heart-rhythm coherence, breath, emotional self-regulation, energy, sound, healing, or personal transformation.
These materials and services:
- Are educational, coaching-based, or experiential
- Are not medical diagnosis or treatment
- Are not psychotherapy or mental-health treatment
- Are not intended to replace care from a physician, psychologist, therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional

Never disregard or delay professional medical or mental-health care because of information provided on the website.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a history of seizures, cardiovascular concerns, respiratory limitations, trauma-related symptoms, or other health concerns, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating in breath, sound, meditation, or physiological self-regulation practices.
6. No Business, Revenue, or Earnings Guarantees
Testimonials, examples, case studies, and descriptions of past work represent individual experiences. They are not promises or guarantees that you will experience the same outcomes.
Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your decisions, market conditions, audience, existing business, implementation, capacity, timing, budget, team, technology, and participation.
We do not promise any specific:
- Revenue
- Profit
- Sales
- Enrollment
- Audience growth
- Cost savings
- Business valuation
- Funding
- Client acquisition
- Launch performance
- Leadership outcome
- Health or wellness result
You remain responsible for evaluating and implementing business decisions.
7. The Coherence Gap GPT and AI-Generated Content
The Coherence Gap GPT is a customized artificial intelligence experience available through ChatGPT and operated on technology provided by OpenAI.
By choosing to use it, you acknowledge that:
- You are accessing a third-party platform.
- OpenAI’s terms, privacy policy, account requirements, and data controls also apply.
- AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, biased, or inappropriate for your circumstances.
- AI output is probabilistic and should not be treated as verified fact or professional advice.
- A report does not diagnose you, your leadership, your nervous system, your organization, or your business.
- The tool is intended to support reflection and orientation, not replace judgment, consulting, coaching, legal advice, healthcare, or other professional services.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it.
- You should not enter confidential, privileged, proprietary, regulated, or highly sensitive information.
We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue an AI tool at any time. Availability may also depend on OpenAI’s platform, account rules, subscriptions, geographic availability, or technical decisions, which we do not control.

14. Third-Party Links and Platforms
The website may link to third-party websites or services, including scheduling platforms, ChatGPT, professional assessment platforms, social media, podcasts, videos, payment processors, and external research.

We may revise these Terms when our website, services, technology, or legal obligations change.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
