Is Your Author Platform Actually Leading to Revenue?

You’ve written the book. Maybe you’ve built the website, email list, social channels, speaking presence, or podcast appearances around it.

What happens when a reader finishes the book and wants to keep going?

Your free Author Revenue & Impact Snapshot helps you see where the reader path is working, where it stops, and what may be sitting upstream of the revenue or impact you want.

Beyond Visibility

Your Platform Gets Attention. What Happens Next?

A reader can discover you, buy the book, enjoy it, and still have nowhere meaningful to go when they want more.

Maybe they need a way to apply the ideas. Maybe there’s a natural paid next step. Maybe the work belongs inside organizations, a community, a practice, or something other people can eventually carry forward.

That connected system around your book is your author ecosystem.
Author Revenue & Impact Snapshot

See What’s Working, Where the Path Stops, and What May Be Upstream

You’ll have a short conversation with an AI trained on my Business Coherence thinking and an author-specific framework. It looks at the relationship among your book, readers, platform, offers, intellectual property, business, and the outcomes you want the work to create.

Direction

What You Want the Work to Make Possible

Revenue is one outcome. Your book may also be meant to create speaking, clients, organizational work, a method, community, influence, or a larger body of work.

Reader Path

Where Your Audience Goes Now

See what happens after discovery and reading, including where engagement deepens and where the relationship currently ends.

Friction

Where Revenue or Impact Gets Stuck

What looks like a visibility problem may also connect to application, offer fit, reader journey, positioning, capacity, or the larger business model.

Upstream

What May Be Creating the Visible Problem

The Snapshot looks beneath the symptom so you don’t automatically respond by creating another product, posting more, or adding another system.

Opportunity

What Deserves Deeper Exploration

You’ll see a few grounded possibilities based on your actual book and goals rather than a generic list of things authors can sell.

Conditions

What Needs to Be True Before You Build More

Some next moves depend on clearer purpose, stronger reader pathways, better sequencing, or a business structure that can actually support them.

Complete the short form, then you’ll be directed to the AI-guided Snapshot in ChatGPT. A free ChatGPT account is required to access it.

The Author Ecosystem

A Book Can Keep Creating Value After the Last Page

The right ecosystem depends on your ideas, your readers, the change you want the work to create, and the role you want to play. You don’t need every possible component.

Discover

Your platform helps the right people encounter you and understand why the book or ideas are relevant to them.

A Better Question

What Do You Want People to Do After They Read Your Book?

Maybe you want them to practice something, change a behavior, join a conversation, bring the ideas into their company, work with you, teach your methodology, or share the work with someone else.

You also get to ask what you want the book to make possible for you. Speaking? Consulting? Clients? Organizational programs? Recurring revenue? A community? A larger body of intellectual property?

Those answers shape what belongs around the book, and what doesn’t.

How to Generate Revenue with Your Author Platform

Turn your book and ideas into a connected path for deeper engagement, paid opportunities, and greater impact.

Thursday, September 24, 2026 12:00–1:00 PM Pacific
or
Friday, October 16, 2026 9:00–10:00 AM Pacific

Same live session. Choose the date that works best for you.

We’ll look at what happens after people find you and read the book: how they can stay engaged, apply the ideas, go deeper, buy when they want more, and help the work travel further.

We’ll also look at how those pieces connect back to the business you actually want to build, so you’re not creating offers and systems simply because someone told you an author should have them.

Who It’s For

You Know the Book Could Be Doing More

You’re writing a book and want to think beyond publication and launch before you start building a pile of disconnected things afterward.

Your book is already out, but the attention around it isn’t turning into enough revenue, engagement, opportunity, or reader application.

You already have courses, coaching, speaking, consulting, community, or other offers, but readers can’t easily see how the pieces fit together.

Your book contains frameworks, practices, questions, tools, or methods people could use well beyond the page.

You want the work to create meaningful impact and a stronger business without turning yourself into the person who has to personally deliver every next step.

The Snapshot helps you see what’s happening before you decide what to build.

Your Ideas Need a Business That Can Carry Them

I’ve spent nearly two decades working with authors, thought leaders, coaches, healers, and mission-driven businesses across strategy, marketing, technology, intellectual property, offers, and implementation.

Business Coherence looks at how purpose, strategy, offers, leadership, systems, and action work together. I’m bringing that same thinking to authors because a book can create attention and opportunity faster than the rest of the business is ready to hold it.

A Few Questions Before You Start

No. The Snapshot can also help if your book is in progress or still becoming clear. Thinking about what happens after the book while you’re writing can shape useful decisions before launch.

Marketing is part of what the Snapshot can see, but it looks at a larger system: what readers can do after they find you, how they apply the work, what they can buy, how the offers connect, and whether the business can support the path you’re creating.

It’s designed to identify the pattern, the likely gap, and a few areas worth exploring. It deliberately stops before building your full strategy. The live session goes further into how the pieces of an author ecosystem can fit together.

Then the useful question may be whether those pieces still belong together. A large platform, several offers, speaking, consulting, courses, and community can all be individually valuable while creating friction if the relationship among them isn’t clear.

It’s a free live session with Dianna Bensch offered twice: Thursday, September 24 from 12:00–1:00 PM Pacific and Friday, October 16 from 9:00–10:00 AM Pacific. It’s the same session, so choose the date that works best for you. We’ll look at the larger system around a book: engagement, application, deeper experiences, revenue, amplification, and the business structure that connects them.
