4. The Coherence Gap GPT and Other AI Tools
The Coherence Gap GPT is a customized artificial intelligence experience made available through ChatGPT, a service operated by OpenAI.
When you choose to access or use the Coherence Gap GPT:
- You leave coherencebusiness.com and enter a third-party platform.
- You may be required to create or sign in to a ChatGPT account.
- Your prompts, conversations, uploads, and account information are processed by OpenAI under OpenAI’s own terms, privacy policy, and data controls.
- Your use of ChatGPT is not controlled by this Privacy Policy.
- You should not enter passwords, payment card information, government identification numbers, confidential client information, proprietary trade secrets, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
- We may receive information from the GPT only when you intentionally send it to us, submit it through one of our forms, share a report with us, or authorize an applicable integration to transmit it.
OpenAI states that builders of custom GPTs cannot view individual conversations users have with their GPTs solely because they created the GPT. OpenAI’s features and policies may change, so you should review the information and privacy controls presented by OpenAI before using the platform.
AI-generated reports and responses may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that do not fully reflect your situation. They are intended as educational and reflective tools and are not used by us to make automated decisions about employment, credit, housing, healthcare, insurance, or other similarly significant matters.
